1 Package of Double Stuffed Oreo Cookies (about 30 cookies)
2 1/2 (12 ounce) Packages of Milk Chocolate Chips

Cover a large cookie sheet with a piece of wax paper.

In a large or medium sized microwave safe mixing bowl, pour in all of the chocolate chips and microwave on high for 60 seconds. Stir the chocolate well and then microwave on high for an additional 30 seconds. Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir again. If needed, microwave an additional 15-20 seconds on high until the chocolate is all melted and stirs easily.

Drop 3-4 cookies into the chocolate at a time.

Using mini-tongs, turn the cookies until they are completely coated in the chocolate.

Gently shake off the excess chocolate and lay the cookie on the baking sheet. Repeat until all the cookies are covered.

If the chocolate becomes too cool to work with, just microwave it again on high heat for an additional 15-30 seconds, stirring before you dip additional cookies.

Allow the cookies to set in a cool place over night or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. (Cooling in the refrigerator will give the cookies a matte finish verse cooling overnight which will give the cookies more of a glossy finish.)

Store in an air tight container or zip lock bag in the refrigerator.
