The Christmas and New Years holiday season is my favorite time of the year! During the holiday season Scott and I love to host different holiday parties so we can spend time with our families and friends.
Most of you out there are more than likely familiar with the “Jell-O shot” but they have never been my favorite party shot. Over the summer while attending a Bunco Party I got to try pudding shots and my-oh-my did they knock my socks off! I loved them! So, this past weekend while Scott and I were having friends over to play cards we decided to mix up some pudding shots.
Not only are these incredibly easy to make, but the combinations you could try with different flavors of pudding and liquors are endless! My favorite by far is the Butterscotch Pudding with Bailey’s but we also make Cherry Cheesecake (cheesecake flavored pudding with cherry vodka) and Chocolate Caramel (chocolate pudding with Bailey’s). For our New Years party we will be trying a few other flavors as well!

1 (3.4 ounce) box of Instant Butterscotch Jell-O Pudding
1 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Bailey’s Irish Cream with Caramel Flavor
1 (8 ounce) Package of Cool Whip, thawed
In a medium sized mixing bowl whisk together the milk, Bailey’s and instant pudding mix for two minutes. Fold in the cool whip till incorporated.
Spoon the pudding into disposable shot glasses or other serving containers. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours) until the pudding has set.
